This PATH was created to aid you in mastering the style of Martial Arts that you practice. Whether it is Judo, Karate, Aikido or any other style, you will be given the necessary tools to excel. Mental strength, physical fitness and emotional control are all addressed and will aid you in becoming the best that you can be.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist you in:

This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.
