I am 26 and I am calling to leave my testimonial with y'all.

The first thing I noticed after starting PATHS is that I could fall asleep easier, sleep deeper and much sounder and waking up was a lot easier in the morning.

I did the ultimate body program and I noticed an immediate effect. My muscles would ache as if I had exercised when I had not.

Also, I don't slouch as much anymore, I hold myself up better because my muscles are building. I really have become more toned. PATHS works for me.

I did the ultimate body because I had rotator cuff tears in both shoulders and it actually built muscle back up in my shoulders.

I no longer experience the pain that I had and its been just fantastic.

I also did the sleep module which helps me get a good nights sleep every night.

I have gained 8 pounds of lean muscle in the first 3 weeks of using the PATHS Ultimate Body! WOW!

I have not varied my lifting routine at all (maybe I am a bit more energetic/intense). Several people have commented, even someone in the gym asked if I was on steroids!

I have been eating much more, sometimes twice as much at a meal, but it all appears to be going to additional muscle.

Per your instructions, the only change I have made in what I eat is that I am taking the Green Source from Vitamin World that is loaded with Spirulina, vitamins and minerals.

Hi, this is Shannon from Central Florida. I have been using PATHS for about 3 months now and everyday has been remarkable.

When I first signed up on PATHS, I was very skeptical but I picked 4 modules. One of modules I picked, because I don't exercise, is the lean muscle mass and within a very short time I started feeling like i worked out and started getting tone in my arms and in my legs, its been amazing to see physically, all the results.
